Why is my postage tracking number shows "No Events Currently Found"?

• Australia Post does not update information immediately - they stipulate the postage will take between 3-6 business days, so your tracking number will be updated within that time

How long does Postage take?

If you pay for Express Postage

• If you order before 12pm Monday to Friday-your order will be dispatched the same day, if you order after it will be dispatched the next business day
• If you live within the Australia Post Network you will receive your parcel the next business day, otherwise the day after.

If you pay for Standard Shipping

• Australia Post stipulate 3-6 business days for delivery

• All our stockists are listed on the website, please check there for your local store

• If you have purchased from elfcosmetics.com.au you can Log In as a registered user - first use the "Forgot my password" link to be sent a re-set option to your email and then put in a password you will remember and you are registered! You will see your previous purchases in here as well

Are your products vegan friendly

• Our products do not contain animal derived ingredients. To make this a possibility beeswax has been replaced by synthetic beeswax and lanolin has been replaced by Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladinpale-2. e.l.f. USA currently support HSUS and are partners with PETA in the Caring Consumer Project
• All Studio brushes are made from Taklon, which is a synthetic and anti-bacterial material.
• Please note there are a number of brushes in the Essentials range are made from cut natural horse hair and all have genuine wood handles
